Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
If orders are placed before 4pm GMT, we will ship same-day.
Standard UK delivery (2-3 business days) is complimentary.
For all below regions, we expect successful delivery within a maximum of 14 working days.
We will always keep you up to date on your order, but we are not responsible for any delays in the shipping. We are however always available to provide support with your order on contact@lechodalice.co.uk

Returns:
We hope you adore our pieces, but if you do need to return, you can do so within 14 calendar days of delivery.
We have made returns stress-free for you. Simply complete the form which comes with your order, and post your items in all original packaging back to us.
Please note we can only process returns if the items are in their original condition, with tags still attached, and with all original packaging in its original condition.
While we do not charge for standard delivery, we do deduct 5.99 GBP from the order to cover return postage costs.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order or that your order is faulty, we invite you to contact our customer service team at contact@lechodalice.co.uk and we will take care of the return costs.
