Please note we are working hard to make our brand available worldwide, however we currently deliver to the UK only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak periods or pre-order launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
We’ll keep you informed and up to date on your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery (2-3 business days) is complimentary.

If you do require an urgent, quick delivery please do send us an email on contact@lechodalice.co.uk and we will do our very best to help.

Returns:

We always hope you adore our pieces, but if you do need to return, you can do so within 14 calendar days of delivery.

We have made returns stress-free for you. Simply complete the form which comes with your order, and post your items in all original packaging back to us.

Please note we can only process returns if the items are in their original condition, with tags still attached, and with all original packaging in its original condition.

While we do not charge for standard delivery, we do deduct 5.99 GBP from the order to cover return postage costs.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order or that your order is faulty, we invite you to contact our customer service team at contact@lechodalice.co.uk and we will take care of the return costs. You will be offered an exchange.
